Two Auburn Tigers Make PFF’s 2026 Way-Too-Early NFL Mock Draft

Soon after releasing their 2026 NFL Draft Big Board, Pro Football Focus published a mock draft for 2026, highlighting two Auburn Tigers: offensive wide receiver Eric Singleton Jr. and defensive lineman Keldric Faulk.

In the 2025 NFL Draft, Auburn waited until the fourth round for running back Jarquez Hunter to be selected, followed by wide receiver KeAndre Lambert-Smith and Jalen McLeod, the only three Tigers drafted that year.

Auburn’s prospects for 2026 appear brighter. The Tigers, without a first-round pick for five straight years, may break that streak with Singleton and Faulk, per PFF’s early projections.

WR Eric Singleton Jr., No. 19 Pick to Denver

Eric Singleton Jr., who transferred to Auburn from Georgia Tech in January for his junior season, is projected as the 19th overall pick to the Denver Broncos in PFF’s 2026 NFL Draft mock. The Broncos, lacking a standout wide receiver beyond Courtland Sutton, failed to address the position early in 2025, missing out on top-tier talent by waiting until the third round.

Another strong season could solidify Singleton Jr. as a first-round lock. At Georgia Tech, he appeared in 24 games, recording 104 receptions for 1,468 yards and nine touchdowns. Paired with an NFL-caliber quarterback, his production could soar.

DL Keldric Faulk, No. 21 to Green Bay

Keldric Faulk dominated on Auburn’s defensive line in 2024, recording 45 tackles, seven sacks (second on the team), one pass deflection, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery. PFF projects him as the 21st overall pick to the Green Bay Packers in the 2026 NFL Draft.

This selection appears aimed at bolstering depth for a Packers defense that’s gradually aging. Faulk blends traits of former Packer edge rusher Za’Darius Smith and defensive lineman B.J. Raji. Green Bay hopes Faulk emulates Raji’s longevity, as Raji spent his entire six-year career with the Packers, including a Super Bowl win in 2011.
