Nebraska extended a scholarship offer earlier this week to Jett Harrison, a wide receiver from the class of 2028. Harrison plays for St. Joseph’s Prep in Philadelphia and is the son of NFL Hall of Famer Marvin Harrison and the younger brother of Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr.
Though still early in his recruitment, Harrison currently holds just one other offer—from Ohio State—and is not yet listed in the 247Sports regular or composite rankings. At 6-foot-2 and 178 pounds, he is seen as a promising long-term prospect.
Nebraska has not secured any commitments for the 2028 class yet, but the program is actively extending offers, particularly focusing on the 2027 and 2028 recruiting cycles. With quarterback Trae Taylor already committed, the Huskers are now targeting receivers to build around him, which could create momentum in both classes.
Harrison’s recruitment will be one to watch, and Nebraska is clearly positioning itself early in the race for the talented young receiver.
