The play that has come to be known as the “tush push” is one that the Philadelphia Eagles are hoping to take advantage of.

According to trademark attorney Josh Gerben, the Eagles filed a trademark application for “TUSH PUSH” on Thursday. The team intends to use the phrase on apparel, such as shirts, sweatshirts, and hats.
