Over his nine-year NFL career, which included stints with the St. Louis and Los Angeles Rams, the Minnesota Vikings, and the Seahawks, Mannion played in 14 games, featuring three starts. He achieved a completion rate of 60.9%, accumulating 573 passing yards, one touchdown, and three interceptions. Mannion, primarily a career backup and practice squad participant, transitions to coaching after a commendable four-year tenure at Oregon State, where he threw for 13,600 yards, 83 touchdowns, and 54 interceptions as a four-year starter. Now 31 years old, Mannion will play a role in the development of Packers quarterback Jordan Love. In his inaugural year as the Green Bay starter, Love demonstrated promise by completing 64.2% of his passes for 4,159 yards and recording 32 touchdowns against 11 interceptions, contributing to the Packers’ advancement to the NFC divisional round.
