Rutgers extended an offer to Emmett Bork, a three-star tight end from Oconomowoc (Wis.), marking his inaugural Big Ten offer. Bork, standing at 6-foot-6 and weighing 240 pounds, claims a 4.78 forty-yard dash time.
He plans to visit the campus by the end of the month.
