On Monday night, Hayden posted a heartfelt letter on his X account, expressing gratitude to the team, school, and coaches who guided him as a Buckeye. In 2022, Hayden played a pivotal role, especially when Henderson sustained an injury late in the season. Hayden took on increased snaps against Maryland and contributed significantly in the Michigan game.
Ohio State strategically managed Hayden’s playing time last season, limiting him to four games to preserve his redshirt eligibility. Consequently, Hayden retains three more seasons of eligibility.
