Devonta Davis, a key figure from the Deion Sanders Era at Jackson State football, has entered the NCAA transfer portal. The standout defensive lineman, pivotal in Jackson State’s consecutive SWAC titles in 2021 and 2022, made his decision known as he embarks on his graduate studies.
